Wow Threading Studio Reviews

If you’re looking for the best waxing experience, Sonal is the one! I’ve been going to her for my Brazilian, underarms, eyebrows, and upper lip, and I honestly wouldn’t trust anyone else. She’s incredibly professional, gentle, and makes you feel comfortable from the moment you walk in. Her attention to detail is amazing, and she always leaves everything looking perfect. She’s fast, thorough, and the results are always flawless. The space is clean, welcoming, and she truly cares about her clients. I highly recommend Sonal to anyone looking for high-quality waxing services. Once you go to her, you won’t want to go anywhere else. Thank you, Sonal, for always making me feel confident and beautiful!

Great service. The ladies here are very kind and hardworking, but also direct. They take walk-ins and are happy to accommodate customers even close to their closing time. I recommend them for eyebrow threading.

I had the absolute worst experience of my life at this location using a Groupon. From the moment I walked in, the staff member was argumentative, insisting I had been there before on a Groupon despite me repeatedly explaining it was my first time visiting from New Jersey. After the uncomfortable start, she tried to aggressively upsell me on a "chocolate wax." When I firmly declined and chose to stick with the honey wax I had already purchased, she became visibly upset. She took her frustration out on me during the service. She was incredibly violent and aggressive with the wax pulls, failing to stretch my skin at all, to the point where she was hitting her own hands against the wall because she was pulling so hard. I had to ask her several times to relax and apply pressure, but she refused to adjust her technique. As a result, I was bleeding significantly. When I pointed this out, she dismissed it as "hair follicles," but I have been waxed many times and have never experienced this level of trauma. I arrived home to find my clothing ruined with blood. To top it all off, they charge a hidden $2 fee on top of the Groupon. Between the pushy sales tactics, the physical aggression, and the total lack of care for my safety, I will never return. Save your money and your skin, go somewhere else.

I’ve been coming here for 2years and I can honestly say it’s better than European wax center ! Customer service is phenomenal(Sonal is my wax lady and she’s amazingly pleasant, fast and friendly. If you sensitive and looking for a certain wax I suggest you try the cream wax with aloe Vera ! Omg I feel smoother than a baby’s bottom! She’s does it all thread, wax , tint , everything. She has chocolate wax , Sensitive wax Cream wax Cbd wax. Ooo the prices are very affordable! Trust me! For Brazilian , underarms, and eyebrows I don’t pay no more than about 70-80$. Ask for SONAL

I love going to WOW Threading Studio for body waxing. Their chocolate wax is amazing for Brazilian waxing. Their staff is very nice, friendly and professional. No need to make an appointment! That’s so convenient! I never waited for more than 10 minutes! Sometimes they took me in right away! Quick service and relatively MUCH cheaper than other salons. Would highly recommend it!
