Great service. The ladies here are very kind and hardworking, but also direct. They take walk-ins and are happy to accommodate customers even close to their closing time. I recommend them for eyebrow threading.

I had the absolute worst experience of my life at this location using a Groupon. From the moment I walked in, the staff member was argumentative, insisting I had been there before on a Groupon despite me repeatedly explaining it was my first time visiting from New Jersey. After the uncomfortable start, she tried to aggressively upsell me on a "chocolate wax." When I firmly declined and chose to stick with the honey wax I had already purchased, she became visibly upset. She took her frustration out on me during the service. She was incredibly violent and aggressive with the wax pulls, failing to stretch my skin at all, to the point where she was hitting her own hands against the wall because she was pulling so hard. I had to ask her several times to relax and apply pressure, but she refused to adjust her technique. As a result, I was bleeding significantly. When I pointed this out, she dismissed it as "hair follicles," but I have been waxed many times and have never experienced this level of trauma. I arrived home to find my clothing ruined with blood. To top it all off, they charge a hidden $2 fee on top of the Groupon. Between the pushy sales tactics, the physical aggression, and the total lack of care for my safety, I will never return. Save your money and your skin, go somewhere else.
